"I woke up one sunny, summer morning and decided that I wanted to buy a house. Manic behavior, I'm aware, but I was determined to go through with it. Blindly searching the internet, I came across Elizabeth. I requested some extra information on a couple of properties I had seen, and she promptly called me back the next day. "I remember asking Elizabeth a question about a property that she was the agent for that was no longer available. Little did I know that was my lucky day. She immediately emailed me at least 20 similar listings that fit my criteria. I saw a property and found out they were accepting sealed bids. When I emailed her and asked if she could still represent me in the bid process, she immediately inquired and found out the bids had to be in by 10am the next morning and I hadn't seen the property yet. She arranged to meet me there in a half hour, prepared comps for me to look at, submitted my bid the next morning, followed up and kept me informed of the process daily. As I encountered difficulties with the VA, Fannie Mae, the Condo Association, she stayed in contact with my mortgage underwriters and myself almost daily. Helpful even after closing!
When moving to Austin, I decided to purchase a home and found Elizabeth's contact information on Kudzu with great reviews. I gave her a call to see if she would be able to work with my budget. Everyone else said that I would only be able to afford a condo, but she found a way to get me into a wonderful townhome in a cute neighborhood. Elizabeth was so helpful when we were looking because she provided candid opinions and offered advice about what properties would be difficult to re-sale. Elizabeth is very organized, which is great for me because I am exactly the same! She was willing to work late hours to meet my needs. She was quick to respond to e-mail and phone messages. Elizabeth also took care of any problems with the seller and possession even after we had closed, thus showing her dedication to my needs. I would definitely use Elizabeth again, but I would do one thing differently when purchasing my next home. I would not close on the house unless I was able to take possession that day to avoid any possible seller problems.

I had to sell my house in a hurry. Elizabeth was recommended by a friend and was on the job the minute I first contacted her. She had the house on the market within a couple days and gave me a full marketing report. I had a couple offers on the house within a couple weeks and was VERY impressed by her negotiating skills. I was referred to Elizabeth by a colleague, and her expertise made our relocation experience painless!
